Backup your outlook PST file

1.open your outlook then go to file and select the options.




2.Then open the advance options.
3.Then select the Export option.
4.Then u will get Import and export wizard, you need to select the option export a file.
5.Next select the what type of file you want to export it,select the .PST options.
6.Next select which folder you need take a backup,Inbox,Outbox,Send items.




7.Next select the location you want to save the backup file.
